I went to NBECHS and asked several students similar questions. The first student I asked was Leilanni Gutierrez, a 9th grader. I asked her, “What is something you are most grateful for this season?” She responded, “I’m most grateful for my family because they’re for laughs and jokes, but they also help me with things I struggle with.” What she said is significant because lots of other people would probably say the same including me. What in your life are you currently grateful for? I asked Mya Mora this exact question, and she said, “I’m super grateful for my parents, my sister, I’m grateful I have my grandparents with me, I’m grateful I’m able to study and that I’m healthy.” Health is one of the most important things in the world, so I know many, many others agree with her. Also, having the privilege to study is amazing and opens up many opportunities for jobs.
